1. Information we collect

• Email address: used to deliver saved articles and identify your account.
• Saved page data: URLs, page titles, extracted article content, source domain, and timestamps for pages you choose to save.
• Usage data: daily save counts, plan status, and basic operational logs needed to provide limits and troubleshooting.
• Payment metadata: if you upgrade to Pro, we may store Stripe checkout/order status and related metadata. We do not store card numbers or payment credentials.

2. How we use the information

• To send the webpages you save to your registered email address.
• To provide article history and account status.
• To enforce free and Pro usage limits.
• To process Pro upgrades and support requests.

3. Payments

Pro payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe-hosted checkout pages. Email This does not collect or store credit card numbers, bank details, or other payment credentials. Chrome Web Store and Microsoft Edge Add-ons do not process payments for Email This Pro.

4. Third-party services

Email delivery is currently handled through a transactional email provider. Payment processing is handled by Stripe when configured. These providers process data only as needed to deliver email or process payment.

5. Data retention

Saved article records are retained until you ask us to delete them or until the service no longer needs them to operate. You may request account or data deletion by contacting us.

6. Security

We use HTTPS for data transmission and store only the information needed to provide the service. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we work to keep the amount of collected data minimal.
